Casa Turchese Spiaggia San Vito lo Capo

La casa e' esattamente come presentata nelle foto, spaziosa, pulita, ordinata. La posizione, letteralmente in spiaggia e' impagabile, bellissima! All'arrivo il signore molto cortese che ci ha accolto ci ha consegnato la casa un paio d'ore prima dell'orario di check-in, permettendoci di accomodarci subito, cosi come al check-out, molto gentile! L'unica nota da segnalare e' la presenza di formiche in cucina, probabilmente dovuta alla stagione! La casa e' vivamente consigliata e speriamo di poterci fare ritorno in futuro!

Dieses Haus bietet wirklich die einmalige Gelegenheit direkt an einem belebten, aber nicht lastigen Strand zu leben. Die Eingewohnung in das toll ausgestattete Haus hat nur ein paar Minuten gedauert. Sehr sympathische Location fur den perfekten Familienurlaub!

Alles hat gut geklappt und es war wie beschrieben im Inserat. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut top. Die Raumaufteilung im Haus (4 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, 2 Nasszellen, geraumiges Wohnzimmer und Terrasse) ist sehr praktisch. Der Hauswart ging unkompliziert auf unsere Wunsche ein betreffend Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten. Einzig als es in der Nacht heftig regnete, war das Wasser von der Strasse her mit allem Dreck/Schlamm auf der einen Seite durch den Garten des Hauses geflossen. Zum Gluck war am Folgetag wieder schones Wetter und das Zeug konnte trocknen. Von den Ameisen in der Kuche hatten wir schon gewusst. Es war auch nicht weiter schlimm, die Anzahl und ihre ortliche Ausbreitung hielt sich in engen Grenzen. Alles in allem ein prima Ferienhaus!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Vito Lo Capo. The house was spacious and clean, with ample room for two families and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, with direct access on to the beach. It is also well placed in relation to the centre of San Vito: far enough away to feel peaceful, but only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We hope to return soon.

Cette maison est incroyable. Devant l'une des plus belles plages du nord de la Sicile et il n'y a qu'un portail entre la maison et la plage. Parfait avec des enfants :) Déjeunez les pieds dans l'eau.

Bella casa, spaziosa con bella terrazza e grande giardino...con ingresso diretto alla spiaggia...veramente stupenda... Le persone che ci hanno accolto veramente gentili ed ospitali e' molto comprensivi su alcune richieste... Grazie

Very good location near beach, nice house. Downstairs litle bit wet wall. Overall good price value! I recommend!

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit

Accoglienza cordiale e gentile, a disposizione subito per consigli e supporto. La casa è in ottime condizioni sia come pulizia che come materiale a disposizione. Unico neo l'assenza di una lavastoviglie. La spiaggia tenuta in ordine e pulita, mare incantevole. Nessun problema di sicurezza con i bambini. In primavera ed autunno (se il clima è negativo) le due camere in basso possono essere un po' fredde. Abbiamo acceso il camino una volta ma il fumo non usciva bene dal camino, non so se a causa della canna fumaria o per la bassa pressione.

we were very satisfied. There only disappointing matter was that there were no things for dishwashing in the kitchen. So we buy everything and leave in it house. I would expect that previous guests have done it too so I am wondering why there was absolutely nothing. But we very satisfied.

Absolutely perfect location -The house is nice - big and clean. Not perfect for small children with a lot of stairs but we managed to keep 3 kids alive so it's not that big of an issue. Definitely the best part is location - one entrance is from the street, another directly from a beautiful beach. This makes going to the beach with kids so much easier - you can always just go back home if you need/forgot something.

soggiorno ottimo.... casa molto accogliente ottimi rapporti con il sig galioto e vorremmo gia' procedere ad affittarla per la prossima estate.... i bambini erano super felici... grazie

è un paradiso! un mare così bello è difficile da trovare. anche le escursioni sono stupende nella villa ci siamo trovati tutti bene, comodissimo uscire dal cancello direttamente sulla spiaggia più bella! tutto come descritto sul sito. ci ritorneremo di sicuro. per le famiglie è l'ideale.

Lation della villa 10 e lode come da aspettative, interni ben curati e puliti(8), giardino della villa trascurato ma comunque fornito di servizi (5). Comunque esperienza da consigliare.
